Good location, Shreveport airport was 0.5 miles away. The hotel was a vacation base for enjoying a very convenient area. I booked an incredible room with a seating area, iron/ironing board, and a work desk, it was comfy.

The hotel room service was not 24 hrs. In a hotel such as the hilton, it should be 24/7. Also, the hotel bar closes at 10 pm on the weekends, should be at least midnight. Most importantly, my reservation was not in the computer. Had i not checked prior to arriving i would have had to wait a considerable time
